Nest of pasta with minced meat

List of necessary ingredients:

• packing of nests from macaroni (6-7 pieces);
• forcemeat - 300 g;
• hard cheese - 100 g;
• 1 piece of onion;
• 2 spoons of ketchup;
• 2 or 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
• salt to taste.

1. First you need to boil the nests.To do this, take a pot of water, bring to a boil and carefully put there pasta. It is important not to bring them to a state of soft readiness, otherwise they can boil and lose shape.

• cream - 100 ml;
• milk - 100 ml;
• hard cheese - 100 g;
• flour - 2 tbsp;
